How to estimate a banner printing bill
Measure the finished banner in feet, enter the rate quoted by your own print shop, then add quantity and any order-level extras. Select Calculate. The displayed rate of PKR 40 is a sample input, not Khiyalee’s price or a current market quotation.
Cost formula and a worked example
Total = width × height × price per square foot × quantity + extra charges. A 6 × 3 foot banner covers 18 square feet. At an example rate of PKR 40, one banner costs PKR 720 before extras. Two copies plus PKR 200 fitting charges total PKR 1,640.
What to confirm with your printer
Ask whether the quote includes material, printing, hemming, eyelets, frame, fitting, delivery and tax. Add any combined extras once in the final field. If a shop uses minimum billing areas or different prices for each copy, calculate those lines separately. Frontlit, backlit and other materials can have different rates.
Cost and artwork size answer different questions

Panaflex printing cost calculator: a practical example
Suppose your banner is 8 feet wide and 3 feet high. Its area is 24 square feet. If your printer quotes PKR 60 per square foot, the base printing estimate is PKR 1,440 for one banner. Two identical banners have a base estimate of PKR 2,880. Add finishing, delivery or installation charges separately using the options available in the calculator. This example illustrates the calculation; PKR 60 is a sample input, not a current market price.
What to ask your printer before placing an order
Confirm whether the quoted rate includes the material and printing together. Ask about the material thickness, indoor or outdoor use, and whether eyelets, hemming, mounting or a frame cost extra. A low headline rate may cover printing alone. Compare quotations using the same size, quantity, material and finishing requirements so the totals are useful.
Enter dimensions carefully
Use the finished banner dimensions and check the unit selected in the tool. Convert mixed feet and inches into decimal feet when necessary: 6 feet 6 inches is 6.5 feet, while 6 feet 3 inches is 6.25 feet. Do not enter 6.3 to represent 6 feet 3 inches. Measure the available installation space before ordering, and confirm whether the printer needs an additional allowance for finishing.
